We spent a fantastic day at the Sustainable Restaurant Association awards ceremony celebrating sustainability in the UK restaurant sector.  Highlight of the event was Raymond Blanc presenting Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall with a special 'Sustainability Hero' award!
